I had an excellent experience with PJM Auto Repair, thanks to Chris! Chris was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We spoke multiple times regarding towing and timelines. I was provided a comprehensive breakdown of the inspection, including pictures and costs of all the repairs my vehicle needed. Chris gave me honest, invaluable advice on the best way to proceed. It is rare to find this level of transparency and customer service in auto repair. I highly recommend PJM Auto Repair and will definitely be back!
